Managed KYC
We run each case under your AML policy and return a complete file: risk assessment, screening rationale, ownership traced to natural persons, indexed documents and an audit trail. Your MLRO keeps the approval. We do the work that leads to it.
What you send
What you get back
40 min
per case on an Asia investment manager's remediation backlog. Their team took two days.
4 days
to clear 200 overdue periodic reviews for an Asia fund administrator. Every file reviewed, none sampled, onboarding never paused.
Per case
one fixed price. No day rates, no seat licences, no change orders when ownership runs four layers deep.
In writing
we put the delivery date in the engagement letter and report progress case by case.
KYC outsourcing · KYC as a service
Engage us for a backlog or recurring reviews. We agree the case population, policy, deliverables and escalation route before the first file.
01 · KYC remediation
Missing ownership evidence, outdated screening or inconsistent risk ratings. We work the agreed population under your AML policy, record what has been resolved and keep document requests and exceptions visible.
One-off remediation projects · Progress reported per case
02 · Periodic reviews
We refresh documents and screening, check for changes in ownership and reassess risk. After the backlog, we can run the recurring cycle and trigger-event reviews to the schedule your team approves.
Risk-based review cycles · Enhanced due diligence where required
03 · Customer and investor onboarding
New fund subscriptions, customers and counterparties arrive with different structures and evidence. We identify the relevant parties, trace ownership and control, and document the checks and outstanding questions for your approver.
Funds · Administrators · Asset managers · Brokerages · Banks
04 · Shadow KYC
If another provider already performs KYC, scope a separate review of its files against your policy. We agree independence and reporting arrangements, then return file-level findings to support your oversight.
Separately scoped file testing · Not a programme-wide AML audit
Explore Shadow KYCTell us how many files, where they sit and when you need them.
Scope your KYC workHow the work gets done
Every case runs the same five steps. Agents read, chart and screen in minutes. A qualified reviewer tests their conclusions. Complex cases go to senior compliance.
Models we run on
Frontier models from more than one provider, routed per task. Client documents never train a model.
Scope and pricing
Bring the case count, jurisdictions and deadline. We agree the review scope, price and delivery schedule before you transfer customer documents.
The 1,000-file, ten-day headline is an indicative target. Evidence gaps, complex structures and response times affect delivery. We record unresolved cases and agree how they will be handled.

Discuss your KYC workManaged KYC is an outsourced service for the operational work behind know your customer checks. You provide your AML policy, risk methodology and agreed case population. AgentKYZ works the cases and returns human-reviewed files with evidence, reasoning and unresolved exceptions for your authorised team to decide.
Providers use KYC as a service to describe different offerings. Our managed service includes the file work and qualified human review. Standalone KYC software leaves those responsibilities with your team. Our review platform is also available self-serve or in a hybrid arrangement with our compliance team taking escalations.
Yes. We agree the legal entities, activities, applicable requirements and approved policy for each population before starting. A cross-border structure may involve more than one set of obligations. We do not apply one jurisdiction’s checklist to every file. Other jurisdictions can be scoped on request.
We carry out agreed due diligence under your approved policy and return human-reviewed files with evidence, reasoning and escalations. That gives your team the records it needs to assess customers and oversee the work. Your firm retains compliance responsibility, customer acceptance, high-risk approvals and suspicious activity reporting decisions. The engagement does not itself create statutory reliance or appoint us as your MLRO.
The agreed scope typically includes a risk assessment, ownership and control analysis, sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening rationale, indexed documents, reviewer notes and an audit trail. Source of funds, source of wealth and enhanced due diligence checks follow your policy and the case. Missing evidence and unresolved concerns stay visible at handover.
That is an indicative delivery target, not a guarantee for every population. The timetable depends on the scope, structure complexity, available evidence and response to document requests. We review those factors and confirm the delivery date and handling of unresolved cases in the engagement letter before starting.
We quote a fixed price per case for the agreed scope. Bring the case count, jurisdictions, review type and target date to the first call. We confirm the price, delivery schedule and responsibilities in writing. You do not need to send identity documents to request a quote.
Client documents are held in an encrypted, access-controlled environment and are not used to train models. Hosting region, access, retention and transfer arrangements are confirmed in the engagement letter before file transfer. Your firm should complete its outsourcing and data-protection assessment before the work starts.
Start with the scope
